Twin Ponds Field Hockey Leagues

Twin Ponds West offers indoor field hockey leagues for middle school and high school level players. We play December – March.  

To register a team:

1.    Stop by the office or email:  nicoletwinponds@yahoo.com for registration from, roster and rules.

2.    Submit completed registration form with $100 deposit to office by stopping by or mailing to:       Twin Ponds West,
      200 Lambs Gap Road       
      Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 ATTN: Nicole

3.    Roster from must be signed prior to first game. By signing the roster form participants acknowledge the Twin Ponds Medical Waiver Form. Roster form must be submitted to office by 3^rd game

4.    Full payment is due 1^st scheduled game.

HOW TO REGISTER:

A team will not be considered registered unless the first three registering procedures are completed and these must be completed by the registration deadline. 

All teams registering for indoor Field Hockey sessions must complete the following:

1. Complete Roster (PDF-8k) Download and complete tentative roster
2. Medical/Liability Waiver (PDF-24k) Download and have each player sign
3. Email List (PDF - 108k) - By signing up, Parents will receive weekly Twin Ponds email update specifically related to your team.
4. League Fees Registration deposit non-refundable $100; balance by start date.  Early Registration must be paid in full.
5. Referee Fees See league info for referee fee policy

Forms may be picked up at Twin Ponds.
